I want to try eating raw vegetable snacks, but I need help finding good low-calorie dipping sauce recipes.
If you would share some of your favorites, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks!

I have found that great ougurt makes a great substitute for mayo or sour cream.
Take a fat free Greek yogurt, and mix it with lots if different herbs, and garlic. What ever seasonings I have.
If you don't wha to do that, there at the packages of dip mixes that I use for flavoring. I will also add a little fa free miracle whip to make it like a full dip.
People rave about it, and it's reall healthy, about 12 cal a tbs0 -
My newest favorite veggie dip is:
1 container of whipped cream cheese
1 packet Good Season's Dry Italian Dressing seasoning mix
Mix together.
72 calories for 2TBSP.
I like it on Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat bread (100 calories - 2 slices) with Cucumbers or just cucumbers alone.0
