Trends with doing reset?

I am a bit of a analytical soul...and only a week into my reset ive definitely noticed somethings....1800-2000 cals net and eating no crappy carbs i drop on the scales overnight....at around 2100 net i seem to maintain and eating just my TDEE gives me a slight gain. Its certainly giving me food for thought for when the reset is finished. Whilst i know its not what EM2LW recommends i am thinking i will just go 1950 net and see how that treats me....would still on workout days prolly end up eating 2500+

Sounds like a plan  The joy I see in this plan is the flexibility. I have decided to do a one week reset for myself then go down 100 calories for 3 weeks and see how it goes from there. I set my exercise a bit high but that is because I was so lazy and was pretty much starving myself. I need to be more active to help with my Bipolar illness. Let us know how your plan works for you!0
