    Hey Brian,
    Normally I do four or five activities in any day, I live in the city centre and don't drive so walk quite a bit just to get around. My trainer tells me to do more strength training with weights as I only do an hour or so a week, but I burn a lot of calories with spinning and cross trainer and treadmill. Youre doing very well yourself, I might add!

    Made the mistake of forgetting my towel today so missed my pre swimming workout and spinning class. Made it back for swimming and added an extra 30 minute walk to collect the towel.....

    Pulled arm muscle held up no prob for "Upper Body" day at the gym :-) A proper injury would suck right now.
    Pounds definitely coming off slower at the moment. Mini-goal 100kg by 28/July. 4 lbs in 17 days... Should be do-able but "Pride comes before a fall" !
