Normally I do four or five activities in any day, I live in the city centre and don't drive so walk quite a bit just to get around. My trainer tells me to do more strength training with weights as I only do an hour or so a week, but I burn a lot of calories with spinning and cross trainer and treadmill. Youre doing very well yourself, I might add!0 -
