Veteran Bypass People- Question regarding pain

I've only been on this site for 20 days and was doing so to get back into shape and take control of my poor eating habits that have snuck back on me over time.
Something happened yesterday/last night in the hospital and it has happened before. Since it's so " mysterious" to the doctors, I'm going to throw it out here because I REALLY think it's gastric bypass related.
I've been admitted to the ER 3 times since my surgery 10 years ago. 2 times was for kidney stones and 1 time I had an allergic reaction to Iron Infusions (IV.) Yesterday I had a scheduled D+C and an endo. ablasion.
During all of these epidodes, I was given morphine with no problem. During every one of these episodes, when I am waking up in recovery, my stomach spasms in between my rib cage and all the way through my back. It's so bad it can bring me to my knees. I literally become a mad woman and I can take pain very well. Then the hospitals increase my pain meds or switch to something stronger and we play the same scenario out until I basically pass out. (They have always performed EKGs too and all come back fine) I can barely breath when this is happening.
I don't have acid reflux that I know of, don't take Tums or anything, and only experience this during some sort of procedure. I also have already had my hernia repaired and gallbladder removed.
By any small chance, have any of you had anything similar? I know I'm reaching for straws but I am desperate.
Thanks for reading...(newbies, don't let my post scare you)
