Working out TOO much? Adrenals

So in the last few months, I've become incredibly more active. I walk 3 miles a day at a brisk pace with my dog 4-5 times a week, never have a day that goes by where I miss at least 30 minutes cardio, I incorporate weights every other day, and lately I've begun swimming 1-2 hours a day on top of everything else (I'm a nanny, so I'm able to incorporate quite a bit more fitness taking kids to the pool!). My calorie goals always end up being much higher because of all this, but I still stick to eating 1200-1400.
Context: I'm 23, 5'6" and seem to be constantly stuck around 165. Yes, yes, I know about the "building muscle," and while my measurements have gotten smaller... they haven't gotten MUCH smaller.
My question is: is anyone out there experiencing set backs with too much exercise in conjunction with thyroid/adrenal. My adrenals essentially failed when I was much younger because I was given far too little thyroid (I have no thyroid). I've recently come off a bout of being put on too much thyroid, and we discovered my cortisol was starting to run high pretty constantly. No one has explicitly told me to stop exercising, so now I'm at a loss as to if I'm harming myself by... being healthy?
