With a little apprehension, I started and completed the 20 minute run. I can honestly say it wasnt that bad. My legs were tired more than being winded. I sprinted the last minute. Now I finally feel like I cant make it to the 5k. If I can do it anyone can.

Agreed. I finished mine tonight as well. It felt like a major accomplishment to run that far, and hitting the one mile mark gave me an extra boost. I don't think I've ever ran for one mile straight, not even in high school when you have to run a mile for PE. And tonight I ran 1.6 miles straight. Such a long way from 60 seconds!

Awesome job to you both! Keep it up! Almost done with the program but hopefully not with running and surprising yourself with your will and determination to exceed your expectations!

Thanks and congrats to you Tamara. It was a good feeling. I'm not as sore today as I thought I would be either. Although, I am a little sore. I am going to do some sprints today just to get some work in and the Tuesday I will start week 6.
