only a 2 ounce loss this week. But thats alright, I barely exercised this week because last week I worked out only four days out of the week and lost two pounds. So I am trying to see what works and doesn't work for my body....

You guys whose tickers doesn't show your progress - shouldn't you change your starting weight so it's your highest weight? I started' at 187 but fell off the wagon until I started again at 201, so I put in 201 in my settings! I wasn't going to deprive myself of the credit and hard work that went into losing those lbs!
I didn't think about changing to my highest weight. I kept it where I started. I think I will change mine. The beginning of this year I went up about 10lbs. to 209 and this might motivate me seeing where I have come. I had lost 40lbs and gained 10 back about 2 years ago. My highest weight (that I know of) was 230 :-( I am at 197 right now and want to be 120. Thanks for the idea brain.0 -
