Sunday, July 8: 10.1 miles
MTD: 73.3 miles
I did a bike "race" on Saturday and won my age group, which was huge [25-54]. This race involved eating donuts, each of which consumed took 3 minutes off of your time. I rode fast AND ate a lot of donuts :-) I was going to run Saturday night but suffice to say those 9 donuts were still talking to me. Good running week, regardless!0 -

I've been on vacation for the last 1.5 weeks, so.... I didn't input my last week of June numbers... so here they are:
6/25 thru 6/30: 13 miles; Total for the month of June = 77 miles
Now.... on to July.....
7/1 thru 7/8: 16 miles; My goal for the month is 75 miles!0 -
