Great workout on Friday for the few that showed up. Let's get with it Sweat Fiends! I know it gets tough over the summer, but don't let up. Exercise has to be a priority. If you're short on time, something else has to give. Your health is one of the most important aspects of your life and it effects every other part of your life. I look forward to Monday and I hope to see EVERYONE there.
Michelle and I are going on vacation for the 4th and we won't be there Wednesday or Friday. Any volunteers to lead the workouts? I will provide the workouts for you, and you will provide your leadership and motivation!
For Monday, please bring your jump ropes and dumbbells. Ladies will need 10 to 15 lbs, and fellas will use 20 - 30 lbs.
