Mekella and Kelli this is easy just a few more steps

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup minced onion
3 green onions chopped
1/4 cred bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lb crabmeat schredded
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoing
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs ( I used Pepperidge farm blue bag)
Sea salt and pepper
2 pounds flounder fillets ( 8 fillets)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightl grease a baking sheet

In a large saucepan melt butter over mediu heat. Add onion, green onions, bell pepper, garlic; saute until onions are soft.

In a bowl combine crabmeat, seasoning, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Add onion mixture from sauce pan.

Place 4 of the fillets of the baking sheet. Mound crab mixture in the center of each of the 4 fillets. Cut the remaining 4 fillets in half lengthwise down the center. Place 2 of the fillet halves lengthwise alongside crab filling on top of each whole fillet, leaving crabmeat filling exposed.

Bake for 25 to 30 mins or until fillets are firm and white.
