What ONE Medifast meal would you choose?

I love the capuccino as a shake and the pizza bites are my two favorites:-)0

I'm only a week into it, but loooooove the brownies! I bake them for 2:30 so they are a little over done! Taste like a real brownie with crunchy sides! Might have to the chocolate chip cookie next. I can't wait for my exchange meals to come.0

Oh, it's so hard to choose.
I think if I had to pick *only* one, it would be the brownie. It really doesn't taste 'diet' at all. If you need something sweet and chocolatey, the brownie's your man, ha ha. I don't know if I could eat it for every meal though, because it *is* so dessert-y.
I actually like the foods that most folks say they hate. I am really liking the scrambled eggs - they're okay plain, but with a couple tablespoons of salsa, they're a real meal, and very satisfying.
I have either the coffee or chocolate mint soft-serve made with cooled coffee nearly every morning. And my morning 'snack' is oatmeal. I actually love it, and eat it every day.
Surprisingly, I enjoy the oatmeal raisin bar the best - tastes most like a normal granola bar to me. The peanut butter is a close second - and I'm normally not a peanut butter fan. (Unfortunately, I thought I would love the caramel crunch bar, and it's actually really nasty...has a strange metallic aftertaste. That was a bummer.)
I have been surprised at how everyone loves something different - so you really can't order based on someone else's suggestions. You just never know!
I really want to try to make 'cookies' out of the coffee or chocolate mint soft serves (since doing that made the mango soft serve really pretty good), but I like them as shakes so much, I can't bring myself to 'waste' one that way!0 -
I was going to say the PB crunch bars... and then someone mentioned the mixed berry cereal. Oh, man, what a tough choice! I'll have to go with the cereal!0
-
Believe it or not, I like the Chicken Noodle Soup made with 1 cup of College Inn Low Sodium Chicken Broth - my tastes change with the seasons!
I soak the mixture for one day before microwaving. It is really delicious.0 -
Chocolate Crunch Bar!0
-
The carmel nut maintenance bar or the brownie, I have both every day.0
-
Toss up between the mixed berry cereal( with 1/2c. almond milk) and the beef stew.
Once I learned that soaking the stew for atleast 3 hours ahead of time and tossing in a pinch of salt and some cumin it was pretty tasty.
The soft bake and brownie are pretty good as a shake substitute. Just mix one with 8oz. of water and your good to go.
Puddings works for this also0 -
Brownie but I also like the Dutch chocolate shake and the oatmeal raisin bar.0

Wow....I just tried this today....Amazeballs! I was bummed about the chocolate chip cookie tasting kind of like chemicals, but this made it taste SO much better....thank you!I think I would have to say the Chocolate Chip Soft Bake. I add an extra TBSP of water to what it calls for so it is kind of gooey and oh so good!
Oh my god...I tried this...this is now my new favorite. Thanks for the great idea!
You guys have to try with some Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk and crushed ice.. what a great shake!0 -
I just tried the Chocolate Chip Cookie Bake and I really do like it. I still like the brownie better though.0
-
I love the Chicken noodle and Chicken Wild Rice...but the key to these is to make them way ahead of time, and let them soak before you cook them, and when you do heat them up, throw a boullion cube in with it. I didnt care for the Cream of Tomato and never tried the others. I HATED the mac and cheese!0
-
I LOVE the choc chip cookie as a shake with some coffee in the mornings!! Also, love the cappuccino as a shake. I also have the beef stew everyday, but I put it in my thermos in the morning so it's ready to go for my lunch!! I have the coffee or peanut butter soft serve almost every night. The soups are also good as pizza crusts/flat breads....... just have to play around to get the right consistency.0
-
It would have to be the chocolate crunch bars ... yum!0
-
Ok. I'm taking the plunge and trying the macaroni and cheese and the chili cheese puffs.0
-
I would have to say the dutch chocolate shakes and eggs oh so good and fulfiling0
-
The food is not that bad overall. First few days were tough because I thought it was going to be horrible... but now I really like the bars and shakes... anything chocolate or peanut butter flavor for me are the best I can go by the chocolate jars around work and not want one. Absolute favorite: peanut butter bar. mmmhhh0

Everyone's taste are different so as another poster said, give things a try (you can order just one packet of anything, you don't have to order a whole box). I don't like any of the "desserts", nope to soft bake and brownies-too chemically tasting for me and I'm trying to tame my sweet tooth anyway. The soft serves are ok, I prefer as a shake.
I love the Blueberry and the Maple oatmeal; have one everyday. I mix up first thing in the morning and then eat 2 1/2 to 3 hours later for my 2nd meal.
I eat chicken noodle soup almost every day also (have also had the wild rice/chicken soup but prefer chicken noodle). HAVE to mix up ahead of time (at least 3 hours) and then rewarm.
For a quick breakfast, I love the calorie burn cappuccino and the chai latte. Hot cocoa is pretty good but a little sweet.
Finally, as far as bars, I like the PB best.0 -

Don't knock the soups, just transform them. They can be made into chips, pizza crust, or flatbread. Go to http://www.sandyskitchenadventures.com/p/medifast-recipes-only.html. You'll find tons of recipes to transform your meals.0

My favs are the pancakes. In addition to pancakes, I use them to make crepes, tortillas, cupcakes, muffins, and cinnamon rolls. Just add 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp flavored extract of your choosing, 1/4 tsp spice of your chooing such as cinnamon, pumpkin spice, unsweetened cocoa, and 2.5 tbsp water. Microwave for 35-40 minutes. Mine are usually perfect at 37 minutes.0

......I really hope you meant "seconds" there, not "minutes"! O_O
That does sound good, though, I'll have to try it.0 -
Yes, seconds not minutes. That would be inedible.0

The pomegranate cherry shakes with walden farm no calorie chocolate syrup taste startlingly like chocolate covered cherries. I bought 15 boxes.0

Ooh, excellent! I will have to try that. I found that I did not like the pomegranate cherry shakes as much as I expected to.0
