Newbie here combining walking n zumba

Hi im a newbie.i have the zumba dvds but i wasnt motivated to use them #1 cause of fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthitis and #2 cause i dont have the drive. Cause of health condition will start slow with 450 min of zumba for july.thats just 15 min a day. I also will do 15 min of walking.that what i dont overdo my body with the zumba which is actually not that easy and i dont do like in dvds,no harsh ,quick movements for me.the other 15 of exercise will be walking .so thats 30 min of exercise a day. Lets see how it goes
