Burned 3519 this week that I actually remembered to log ( thank goodness for hiking and swimming those are two high burning exercises that I need to continue!)

Okay, here's my tally so far for Week 1:
Mon 2nd: 610 calories burned (two 2 mile walks, 30 minute Wii My Fitness Coach core body workout)
Tue 3rd: 521 calories burned (two 2 mile walks)
Wed 4th: 641 calories burned (two 2 mile walks, 30 minutes of dancing as per day 3 challenge)
Thur 5th: 628 calories burned (two 2 mile walks, 30 minutes treading water, core exercises as per day 4 challenge)
My 2 mile walks are always the same route, but depending on temperature, time of day and who I am walking with, the speed and time spent walking varies between 30 to 40 minutes (4mph to 3mph).
subtotal @ end of July 5th: 2,400 calories burned so far! I'm confident that I'll be able to burn the other 1100 calories before the weekend is over!
Adding:
Fri 6th: 755 calories burned (two 2 mile walks, 60 minutes treading water)
Sat 7th: 770 calories burned (two 2 mile walks, 60 minutes treading water)
subtotal: 3928 calories burned -- I've burned my pound a day early! Yay!
Adding:
Sun 8th: 720 calories burned (two 2 mile walks, 50 minutes treading water)
Grand total for week 1: 4648 calories burned! Challenge completed and surpassed!0
