If you get the sugar free pudding, it's only 60 calories. Put a plastic spoon in it and freeze it. It takes a long time to eat and it tastes like desert but its healthy! You can also put stuff in it like blueberries or other fruit. This isn't really a recipe but it's so good and simple. (:
