The first hurdle..

and I fell right over it!

Looks like tomorrow will be my down day. Serves me right for starting a diet without doing the prep work.
Tomorrow 520 cals.
That is after I have bought more oatmeal of course, and some milk and fruit.........what a muppet!
How did you guys do on your day 1?

    It's going hard. I am trying not to give in, my temptations and cravings are all over the place. But I am just focusing on tomorrow :) Don't worry, tomorrow will be a better day.

    Don't worry just start over again, thats what i like about doing this its easy to get back on track, the first week is the hardest and then you kind of get used to it, and just keep thinking how good you will feel in the morning when you haven't given in but then you can eat! , keep at it : )

    Yesterday was my up day ..Did not track cals 100% but was not to much of a pig lol ...Today is down day planned salad for lunch and meat with veg for dinner under the 500 so all good :-) good luck everyone
