Hi everyone, i am planning on doing 500kcal on a down day and 1000kcal on an up day, does this sound ok?
i cannot consume anymore than 100kcal a day x

I think the whole point is to have a 'spike' but if you can't eat more than 1000 per day then it will have to be your spike. You just may lose weight slower. The point of the spike is to shock your body into producing the hormones that make you burn fat, preserve lean tissue and speed up your metabolism. Perhaps once a week you could have a real 'spike' day to balance it out. According to the JUDDD (Alternate Day) my intake should be 520cals on my DD and 2680 on my UD, I'm 5,5 and 249lbs0
