Weight Maintenance

Hello all!!!
I have a question about weight maintenance. I put myself on a 2400 calorie a day diet with lots of exercise, whether it be tennis or the gym. I was at 187, now I'm at 177. I would like to be around 180, as that seems to be the best weight for me. Any suggestions?? It takes some doing to maintain the 2400 calorie day.....
