Hoping to loose weight before vacation late july. Any exercise routine that work for you guys?
30 Day Shred is a great program for losing inches. If you keep your calories down a little lower, your weight will come off a little more as well. I lost about 10 pounds doing that program and probably dropped at least one pant size. Inches melt with it and the workouts are only 20-25 minutes long! All you need is a set of 3-5lb dumbbells and a mat if you have a hard floor.
I am doing Body Revolution and it is also a great program for shedding weight. This is a 90 day program and the workouts are 30 minutes long. it comes with a resistance band but you also need some dumbbells, a light weight and heavy weight. I am using 3lb and 5 lb, though will be picking up either 8 or 10 lb dumbbells soon.0 -
