With only a few days left of July, I am wondering if anyone has made progress towards finding their abs? Or just made progress? I have...I can see mine are barely starting to peek out but I can tell they are coming!! :wink:
My progress for July has been fantastic. My weight has stabilized for the time being but my muscle mass has increased and my abs are revealing themselves well. I just have a tiny little belly at the front, but all six bumps can finally be seen.
