What do people think about starting to put images of their progress every week on here? Also, how do you post images in a forum?

That's a good question, if you find out the answer please let me know. The only way I know to post an image is on your profile page. However, I have seen some images in post but don't know how to...:frown:0

Helloo. I highly doubt I'lll be posting any pics just yet, I joined a group that started the 30DS and thought this would be nice to do alongside it. The ab workouts are short anyway, so no harm =]
