Could someone run my numbers for me? I just need to double check I'm doing it right. Thank you!

I'm 51, 146 lb, 66 inches and walk/run 45 minutes 3 times a week and Kelly Coffey's 30 Minutes to Fitness: Muscle Definition DVD 2 or 3 times a week. I think I want to keep at -15%.
