Level 1 updates - Day 2 complete and on to Day 3. Had a hard time walking up the stairs on the tube today.....ouch!

I started late and am on Day 9 of Level 1. I have a hard time with the pushups and still have to do modified pushups. After trying Level 2 last night (I was curious) I really think I'm going to have to conquer the pushup battle. Does anyone have any tips to help build that upper body strength so I can actually do more than 4 pushups? TIA!0
