Level 1 updates - Day 2 complete and on to Day 3. Had a hard time walking up the stairs on the tube today.....ouch!

Anyone noticing any changes any their bodies yet? Stamina? muscle definition? weight loss? What day are you on? and what is your routine? Im curious to know if ppl are getting some good results.
