What is your current work out routine? What are you going to do when you are done with this cycle of 30DS?

I take a spin class 3 days per week, do the 30DS and randomly swim or walk and few days per week. I am trying to put together a strength training routine to start in August and get a 4th day of more structured cardio instead of swimming/ walking randomly as I feel it lol
