I'm unsure if i should use the calories on here which is 1600, or what the website suggests which is around 2200? i was going to do what my fitness pal suggests so that i can properly keep track without it telling me i've gone over all the time! but don't know if the diet will still work, last time i did it i didn't even count calories on up days and it still worked!

any advice appreciated x

In order for the diet to work you must not diet on the Up Days. You are shocking your body and if you teach it that it only needs to burn at 1200 calories a day for example then it wont be so effective when you resume your normal lifestyle. However if you eat the higher amout (still netting less than you were before by the end of the week) then when you go back to your lifestyle you just cut back your daily amount to the 1500 or whatever is suggested by MFP. There is a great link here that explains how veteran JUDDDDers are doing it. Golden Rule...don't diet on Up Days x http://www.everydayhealth.com/forums/talk-it-up/archives/yippee-juddd-diet.html

I just seem to remember something on the website saying if you go slightly under on up days it doesn't matter but then i suppose that means like a one off day, thanks for your advice I'll have a look at those links thank you : )
