Spaghetti squash

My 8 year old has recently decided that she no longer likes spaghetti squash. Silly picky girl! I made a healthy taco salad last night, and mixed 1/2 cup of squash with her 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (she does get her own container and it makes 2 meals for her) and she didn't notice the difference. Score one for mom!
