Hi all,
I never got too far into this, but was almost done with stage 1 (was on the 8 reps ones, so the last week or two). Then I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and was so weak and sick that I couldnt work out for a month. I'm feeling much better now and 100% back to normal but its been at least a month and a half, maybe even closer to two since I have last done my lifting. Occassionally at home I've done all the exercises from stage 1 (except the dead lifts) but i'm using different weights.
anyhow, question is do you think I should just pick back up and do the last 3 or so sessions of stage 1 I had left and move on to stage two or would it be better to completely start back over at stage 1 day 1
