Before & After Pics...

I finally gathered enough strength to take some pictures.. I took some of me at day one & will take some at day 15.. It would be nice to see the before & after.. Giving me a sense of accountability as to how much of an effort I am actually putting in to the work out.. Is anyone else taking pics...

I took pictures as well and also measurements......so we shall see!
