I have Hashimoto's and I need to steer clear of gluten... which falls naturally in the Clean Eating category

I have hypothyroidism. I would work out and nothing would reduce the weight even with the medication. When I went on the gluten free nutrition plan and added kelp supplements, it has made the world of difference. I hope your plan is working for you! You can friend me if you like.0
