I'm new to the group! I weighed in yesterday (7/13/12) and I lost 3 lbs! I'm down 30 lbs!!!0 -
I weighed in at work yesterday (most accurate scales being in a hospital) and have lost 4lbs since monday a total off 11lbs in 2 weeks.0

Well, those are hard acts to follow. I'm almost embarrassed to enter mine. I lost 1 pound in a week. However, that is my goal - to lose 1 pound per week, so it's okay.0

Hey hun, 1lb is better on than off!! Never be embarassed of your acomplishments you are doing great. Make sure and join our 500cal burn per day to lose that 1lb per week. Good luck for this week hun0 -

You can weighin any day you want hun. I weighin on a friday but whatever you are happy doing as I know a few of us weighin every day as well0 -

Finally broke into the 260's! Yay! Goal for August - to get to 260 or below by my bp follow up at the end of the month. Should be 2 lbs a week, give or take, totally doable!0 -

I am doing okay with my weight loss. I have lost 5 pounds in two weeks, but what I can't get down is my exercising. I have MS and it is hard when I am in pain to get my exercise done. Any suggestions?0
