I'm here trying to lose weight, figure out electronics and myfitnesspal all at once! I lost 60lbs between January and October of last year...fell into old habits and gained 10 back. I need to get back on track before I lose all the gains I've made.
Be forewarned though...I LOVE TO TALK. =) I am really easy to get to know and can talk about pretty much anything. If you like a good debate, even better. I have lots of interests so I am sure we will find common ground. All ages, genders, races, locations, etc.
do those of you who have big numbers lost eat all your calories? I have at least 150 pounds to lose, I'm having a lot of trouble eating the calories My fit pal says I should eat. when I eat low calories..1200-1500 I don't lose anything. Suggestions?
