Wow...going through the pictures it looks like everyone is doing a great job..really impressive. Since I'm just starting out it'll probably be awhile before I have an "after" pic. Hopefully I can come close to the successes here.0

My Before and After

I posted this in the success story a couple weeks ago, but am struggling to stay on course this week. Thought a refresher might remind me of my goals. With the holiday weekend coming up, and spending it with my gf, I reallllly don't wanna lose ANY of this progress.
I've always been big, my entire life. I was confident, sexy and proud of my size and 'pulling it off'. July last year I realized I wasn't just big, I was the fat girl. I wasn't fooling anyone, and I was eating all my insecurities. I was mortified and decided right then no more excuses. I started by just counting calories, I don't always eat clean, I don't always make it under cal for the day, I don't always exercise (and I never log it) and I still love my booze.
Starting stats:
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 260
Pants: 24W
Shirts: 18W
Bra: 40C
Shoes: 8

As of today, my stats:
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 182
Pants:16
Shirt: M-L
Bra: 36B
Shoes: 7 - 7.5
If I can do this, anyone can do it! I really want to see 165

It doesn't get larger, it just doesn't have so much fat to poke through, so it effectively gets longer. I'm glad to have mine back.0 -

I've not finished my dieting yet, but this is my before pic on my wedding day and it was really the biggest motivation for me to start loosing weight.

this is one of my before pics.
thats me on my wedding day weighing about 350bs. and the one below is me on holiday in Blackpool the same year.
and these two are me below like I said above - i'm now 228lbs Still got a ways to go, but feeling a lot more positive about the whole thing 
that was taken in august for my 29th birthday
