I have just done day 3, but seriously pissed off because I have gained over 1 kg since starting this workout!

    Get off the scale!!!!!! put the scale away and get an inch measure. Weigh youself every week or every 10 days.
    Weight gain can mean loss in fat gain in muscle or gain in water weight. Your weight goes up and down everyday so it's best to weight like once a week.

    The inch measure is your best friend the scale isn't!

    Don't be discouraged. forget the scale for now. Like IamSheaMc said, get a measuring tape. Hang in there.

    This is my second time around doing the 30 Day Shred. The first time I did it I gained a bit during level 1, but I lost about an inch in my stomach. Keep at it, you will definitely see the difference if you put your all in it.
