Calories?

Curious as to what everyone has as their daily calorie goal? I try to alternate weeks of 1200 calories a day and 1000 calories a day. On the 1200/day weeks, I find that it is easy to stay in range and I am not hungry at all. I often have to force feed myself to eat all the calories and often end up at 1100 calories instead. I tend to only lose a half pound, if any, on these weeks.
On the 1000/day weeks, I do well but several days that week I may struggle to stay under and by the end of the week I find myself wanting to splurge on a treat. I do lose weight reliably on these weeks at one and a half to two pounds.

My daily goal is 1250 but I do eat back 80% of my exercise calories too.0
