Been doing lc for awhile now. Really love it. But wandering what how many carbs you allow yourself a day. I was going for under 30 a day but I'm getting kinda of bored and read an article that you can have 50 - 100 with steady but slow weight loss. So thinking of upping my counts. Just wandering what different ppls carb counts are.

50 net carbs and if I go over, I gain weight. I've actually been stalled out forvawhile and was thinking of dropping to 30net. My endo set me at the 50 limit so I'll discuss with him next week.

I do less than 50 a day and I really seem to fall at about 30.

I did 30 for a while in the 'attack' phase, now it's 50 and I'm hoping this will shed the last couple of lbs or so.

I am finding myself more spontaneously active these days so I guess that is my body saying feed me more :)

50g to 100g to lose fat? Yeh maybe, for some people, we are all different. Some people's bodies have been kicked around more than others. It's an exercise in self-experimentation.

I took the approach that I was going to eliminate everything questionable first (processed food, sugar, starchy veg, legumes, grains) then work my way back to including stuff like legumes which I have been restricting. I can honestly say kicking the grains has been a real eye-opener regarding health and energy levels.
