I figure most people here read mda, but just in case a great reference that I will forward to anyone that says I have an eating disorder for not eating carbs and every 3 hours as prescribed by most weightloss "experts"

Such a great article! I was discussing working out with my non-paleo friend who is paying big bucks for a personal trainer. I told her after I work out I have a really hard time eating and don't really need to eat for a long time (the longest is like 6 hours) and I work out way more efficiently if I've fasted. She proceeded to tell me she was a fat burner, but had a hard time working out for very long craved candy bars within 1 hour of her workout. I had to correct her and tell her she was a sugar burner and the reason she craved sugar was because she deleted all her glycogen stores and wasn't effectively accessing fat. It is so hard watching friends run hamster wheels at the gym, pay big money for personal training, complain when they aren't seeing results, then they don't listen when you try to show them the science behind their diet and workout and why it isn't working.
