Has anyone used Royal Maca for libido and hotflashes? Any success in either arena? I'm in peri-menopause and my GYN recommended it to me and said quite a few of her patients have used it successfully. Would like to hear from anyone who can say the same.

    I tried it briefly. It made me retain water like crazy. Hope it works for you!

    How much do you take? I tried it a bit and it didn't seem to make any difference.

    I have tried Maca root (about 3 months) and did not notice any difference so I stopped.
