How close do you follow schedule?

For the most part I follow schedule but I do have a Zumba class on Tues nite that I don't miss. I do skip my chalean wo that day & then pick up where I left off the next day.
Sometime I rest on the 'rest' day & sometimes I do cardio depending on how Im feeling.

When do you do the 'extra' wos?

Tonight after Week 2/Circuit 1 of Burn I did about 3/4 of I've Got Abs but my DVD stopped playing even though I just got it in mail yesterday (grr!) I really would like to see my Abs ;)

I follow pretty closely, though I sometimes switch day 6 and 7.

If I'm feeling energetic, I also add in workouts on the days off (recently, have added in TurboJam, TurboFire HIIT 15 and TurboFire Fire 45), and I'm doing Couch to 5k at the same time.

I'm a little crusty because I'll be away tomorrow, so I'm going to miss Lean Circuit 2....will have to do it a day later, because I can't bring my weights with me. I don't like missing workouts!

Just wanted to add that I never skip the weights workouts - I don't want to miss working out/building thsoe body parts, but will sometimes skip a cardio as I think most cardio is pretty interchangeable!

I never skip the weight workouts. I do sometimes have to push it back a day. I don't use the cardio with the program since I have TurboFire. I usually do the three weight w/o's and then three cardio. On the seventh day I do Stretch 40 from TF. I just recently started doing the ab w/o's regularly - every other day or so. I do it after whatever w/o I did that day.

I stick to it very closely. I've only changed it up once or twice and swapped rest days. Only because my schedule didn't allow a work out.

I am patiently waiting for mine to arrive. I plan on using the resistance bands. I just like the smoother movement I get with them. But my question is (since I really dont know what the program schedule is) How do I incorporate cardio into this new program?

    Any suggestions?

You get cardio with the program. So the schedule has cardio in it. The schedule looks like this. Burn 1, rest day, burn 2, burn intervals and abs (cardio), burn 3, burn it off and recharge (cardio and stretch) then rest day.

that is good that it is worked into it. def makes it easier. i hate when i do a program that i feel is not all inclusive and then wonder whether i am doing the right things for myself.

i am excited to get started
