NROL and net calories

How do you figure your calories..... Do you simply eat the recommended amount given by the equation in the book or do you factor in your exercise calories like MFP suggests? What kind of results are you getting??

    I use the calorie equation from the book and enter that in MFP manually with the 40-30-30 percentages, and then on lifting days I add a custom workout for 200 calories.

    I am getting buff and my weight has not changed. But I'm a scrawny 5'6 130# so I'm actually trying to gain. It is hard to eat all those calories without just going to In n Out.

    my calorie goal is higher in New Rules then on MFP so I split the difference, manually changed my macros to 40-30-30 and log as weight training (i also do cardio so i log that too)
