Are these different to normal hangovers?
Im not sure if its my almost Tee-Totalness nowadays that the hangover hits me hard - or the paleo lifestyle causes the sugar+booze combo to really hit me hard - Im talking not feeling right for 3 days!
The paleo hangover affect anybody else in the same way?

Probably the sugar/carb combo shocking your system - especially if you don't eat a lot of fruit or the higher carb veggies in your daily life.0
