Feeling kind of gross, need a little support!

This is my third day of EM2WL, or I guess you would say my "cut". I didn't do a reset, as I don't feel I was very low-cal to begin with. Even so, I'm not used to eating so much and I'm feeling kind of bloated and nasty. I'm eating 1800 cals, which is my 15% cut as calculated by Scooby. It's hard to believe I can lose weight eating this much. I know it's very early on, I just had to vent!

Give it time for your body to adjust - it took me a good few weeks to get in to teh swing of things, I really do feel it works so don't give up on it, eat the right foods to reach your calorie goal and get in plenty of protein and fibre.

this is common! read the "what to expect" sticky if you haven't already...you'll most likely be starving for a few days SO HUNGRY! before you're body balances out again
