I love eating!
My friend's father was just diagnosed with cancer so I took her out to eat to get her mind off the stress a little. I was sure IHop (her choice) would put me way over, but because I'd planned the day in advance for the most part - and because I started eating more - I was well within my calorie range. I even ate a chocolate chip pancake! I don't like to splurge often, but it's so nice to know that I can celebrate good times or be social (and give support) without having to constantly worry!

That is great!! If really is terrific that we can go out to eat sometimes and actually eat a delicious meal and not have to feel guilty about it....Chocolate chip pancakes sound delicious...YUM!!!
