Week 5 Day 3 Done!

Finished day 5 of week 3 this morning. I never would have believed starting this program at nearly 250lbs and not being able to run for 60 seconds 5 weeks ago that I'd be running 20 minutes straight a little over a month later. And...I lost 8.5lbs during the first 5 weeks of the program! If you don't think you can do this, I promise you, you can.
