Huh, I am absolutely starving today. 400cals left, so I'm going to eat something in a minute here, but I have to say, I haven't been this hungry any other day this week.
I don't have a HRM, so I'm just logging Insanity as "high impact aerobics 30min" (best guess? Since each video is about 40min but contains close to 10min of stretching), which at my body weight (220) comes up to 334cals. I know this is highly individual depending on how much effort you put into the workout, but anyone using a HRM care to share their numbers? I'm going to continue logging Insanity as I am at the moment, and pick up a HRM this week, but I'm curious how varying the burns everyone is getting are, because I'm just nosy like that! :)

I'm 53", 21, & weigh around 145lbs & my heart rate monitor usually gives me in the range of 320-370 calories burned per exercise (depending on which one it is & how much effort I put into it). I'm not sure how accurate that is though because HRM aren't always very accurate either, so I put down a little less than those numbers into MFP.

I'm 5'1'', 21 and 145lbs as well and my HRM gives me 350-400 so far depending on exertion. If I were to do everything in the videos without stopping, I'm pretty sure it'd be closer to 500-550 calories or so.
