Help!! I'm new!!

Ok so I have a question!! This may sound dumb but I don't understand the workout schedule at all! Do you do all of workout A on 1 day and all of workout B on another? For workout A do you do A, B1, B2, C1, and C2? I just wanna make sure thst when I start I do it right! lol I know this probably sounds like a really dumb question but I'm new to this book and I'm new to lifting as well. So any advice would be appreciated!! Thanks!! :)

    I just started too, feel muscles I never knew I had!

    My understanding is, that you alternate workout A & B for each workout in each stage. (I.e. Stage 1, workout 1 is workout A, Stage 1, workout 2 is workout B. etc etc).

    The exercises with letters only mean you complete the exercise before moving on. The exercises with letters and numbers mean you alternate the exercises.

    For example in Workout 1, you do the "A" exercise 15 reps each, with 60 seconds rest between them. Then you would do exercise 1 set of "b1", then 1 set of "b2", then your second set of "b1", then your second set of "b2" then the same for "c1", "c2", "c1", "c2". with the appropriate rests between. somewhere the book this is explained.
  • I'm not findint the "Rules". Are they posted within this group?
