I think I'm going to struggle today sitting on a coach for most of it, supposed to be back for 7pm so hopefully I can walk the dogs to get some excercise in.

    Was going to go out for a walk/run but the local village carnival
    Is today and it's peeing down so going to have a session on the treadmill and do some weights.. That should get me to my 45 minutes at least I hope. Hope everybody is having a good day :) x

    60 minutes of exercise done and 4 glasses of water down.. Needed to earn those exercise calories as off out for dinner tonight! Hope everyone else is doing well x

    I've been running in the evening and it has been working for me. :) But I need to drink more water today :o I've been lacking! Going to go get my glass right now! :)

    Managed to exercise before I went to a family gathering. WHO'D have thought a tiny piece of yummy cheesecake would contain soooo many calories!!! Should still stay within limits today though! It was only thinking of the encouragement from you guys that stopped me having seconds.........:laugh:

    So far so good today. Have my 45 mins of exercise and more than my quota of water in for the day. Feeling pretty good.
  • managed 60mins exercise and 10 glasses of water granted the exercise was on the kinect but ive still been truffle shuffleing around like a mad man lol

    90 min of exercise and 4 glasses of water so far. Need to go fill my glass again.

    0 exercise today :-( 9 glasses of water, as had friends round, so drank more coffee today :-( Total fail :-(

    I missed my water by 1 glass.. got in 8 glasses of water and only got in 30 minutes of exercise today. Will have to make up for it sometime during the week another day. But today I was so sore and did not want to injure myself so took it a little easy. Think those stairs did me in yesterday. Did light stuff here around the house and walked a little bit. Anyway, tomorrow is another day. Good luck to you all.

    Couldn't post here yesterday as was on my phone but I did 65 mins of exercise and had 9 glasses of water though must remember not to have so much water in the evening today or I may as well sleep in the bathroom lol, incidently does going up and down the stairs 4 - 5 times a night to the bathroom count as exercise lol

    60 min bootcamp class this morning and a litre of water so I've got a little bit to go tonight.

    I managed to motivate myself to go for a walk lasting for and hour and a half, drank lots of water too. Not sure it was quite 9 glasses though! Keep up the good work everyone!:smile:
