Ok so I have a question!! This may sound dumb but I don't understand the workout schedule at all! Do you do all of workout A on 1 day and all of workout B on another? For workout A do you do A, B1, B2, C1, and C2? I just wanna make sure thst when I start I do it right! lol I know this probably sounds like a really dumb question but I'm new to this book and I'm new to lifting as well. So any advice would be appreciated!! Thanks!!
