What brand do you use, why, where do you buy it and how much does it cost! :smile:

    Optimum nutrition, I buy 2 pounds each of rich chocolate (100% whey) and the plain (any whey) They last me about 6 weeks or so. I think I averaged the cost to around $40 a month. I buy it on Amazon.com and opt for the free shipping.

    Jillian Michael's whey protein, vanilla or chocolate. $10ish and lasts two weeks.

    body fortress chocolate peanut butter from walmart... its like 15 bucks for the tub, tastes pretty good, and lasts me a month

    Chike individual packs from Celebrate vitamins $19.99 for 10 and body fortress super protien shots from Walmart a 6 pack is $9.97. Some days I do one each. The chike is about the only ones I like the taste of. The shots are just a quickie way of getting 25g of protien.
