Eating on the 17 Day Diet

I am still nervous about eating out on the 17 DD. I am on C2D3 and the few times I've eaten out I go with grill chicken and steam veggies. Thats getting boring...especially since i can fix that at home.Please share your favorite meals and where to get them.

My go-to fast food meal is the Wendy's Berry Almond Chicken Salad. I ask for it without the cheese and the dressing is fat free. Don't know if it's completely 17DD approved but I am still loosing weight so I'm okay with it.

  • Ive been out a few times on both cycles and sometimes Ive stuck to plan and other times I haven't. When I have stuck to plan Ive asked for extra portion of vegetable rather than have potatoes or pasta..and ive eaten things like chicken breast in a roasted vegetable sauce .. when I didn't stick to plan I went off track for 2 weeks. !!!! . now back to C1 to try and clean my diet again rather than going onto C3. I think it depends on how quickly you do get back on track . For C2 you can eat grilled steak or any red meat or shellfish , more or less anything. I must admit I found C2 harder than C1

    What about chicken fajitas? You can put some salsa and a little ff sour cream on them.
