NSV: Most Protein Ever!

Today I set a record for the amount of protein I had in a day! Ever since I've been on mfp that's been my biggest downfall, even when I was on 1300 cals I struggled to hit that goal. However the last two months I've usually got about 70grams in, then 100grams in the last month-ish. But now...

142grams today! Just 10 short of my goal at 30% and it includes my lean body mass (108lbs) and then some! Ahh this is so awesome!

The big sources of my protein was two scoops of protein powder (40g), haddock (21g), greek yogurt (18g), scrambled eggs (14g), chicken in my quesadilla (12g), cheese in the quesadilla (11g), and some five grain pancakes (8g). There was more from other foods but those were the real big earners.

So happy! Fueling my body, for once in a long time!

    Good for you!

    I have to really plan my day ahead to make sure I am getting in enough protein.
